PSC DA10 is the subscription twin of DA01. The manual defines it as analysis, design, development, code, test and release packaging delivered as a service contract, along with off-the-shelf business software licensed for a defined period. Its framing note is the one that trips people up: software as a service, service contracts, subscription-based software provisioning, and device rentals are all treated as services.
