Your first card is saved when you finish setup. Make one card per product line: each is matched on its own, and every match names the card that found it.
- Open Scout Cards in the left navigation and choose Create Scout Card, or open an existing card to edit it.
- Name the card and fill in your company details: industry, location, size, revenue, funding and UEI.
- Describe the product under Core Technology, then where it applies, the support you would need to deploy it, and any risks or restrictions. Plain English works best.
- Set your technology and manufacturing readiness levels (TRL and MRL) and note any patents.
- Answer the eligibility questions: US incorporated, foreign ownership or control, and whether you are a traditional defense contractor.
- Choose Save Scout Card.
When a card has new matches, they arrive in your Tuesday email, each with its deadline and why it fits.
