- Open Topics in the left navigation and choose Create Topic.
- Give it a title, a description of the need and a category, then your name and agency.
- Under Requirements, set the technology and manufacturing readiness levels you want and a deadline.
- Under Questions, optionally add anything companies must answer when they apply.
- To have Outrider look for companies as well, select I need assistance finding companies for this topic.
- Choose Create Topic.
Applications land in the topic’s Submissions tab, where you mark each one Reviewed, Shortlisted, Accepted or Rejected.
